Celebrate in style with our birthday party package at the BIG Pavilion

Runs from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and includes admission for up to 20 guests.

Choose from a range of add-ons to customize your setup and make it an unforgettable celebration!

The BIG Pavilion has 20 picnic tables and is located between the Petting Zoo goats and the parking lot. It also features a BBQ grill for those who want to grill out during the party, with convenient parking nearby.

What is included

  • Pavilion reservation for 3 hours
  • Zoo admission for 20 guests, not including the birthday honoree and all
    children aged 3 and under, as they are always free. Extra Guest can be
    added at checkout or the day of.
  • 20 bags of animal feed for the trailer tour. Each extra guest added will
    receive an extra bag of feed.
  • The birthday guest of honoree receives a free safari T-shirt.
  • A “Happy Birthday” banner is strung up in the pavilion, if desired.
  • Tablecloth covers (red, blue, green, purple, or pink) for
    tables under the pavilion — or bring your own
  • Enjoy a covered trailer ride for the drive-thru safari, or choose to drive
    your own vehicle. The trailer seats up to 20 adults, an additional
    trailer can be added for an extra fee.
  • A fridge is available to store cake or ice cream during your visit.
    Please note, we don’t have refrigerator space for meal items, so
    bring a cooler for any extra items you need to keep cold.

Important Information

• A $100 nonrefundable deposit is required at booking. If
you need to reschedule (including for weather), you may
move your party to another available date at no extra
charge.

• Final payment and headcount are due on the day of your
party.

• For the safety of our animals, balloons are not allowed.

Itinerary

The first hour and a half is for your party to enjoy the walk-through portion of the zoo, celebrating with gifts, cake, food, and good company. Next is a one-hour trailer tour through the drive-through portion. This leaves you with 30 minutes to pack and clean once you return.

Check in details

A person in charge should head to the gift shop upon arrival to check in.

Restrictions

No Balloons are allowed for the safety of the animals
